Results:
Teamsworld successfully developed and manufactured thermal modules for 5G base stations, achieving a 68% improvement in heat transfer efficiency compared to conventional ADC3 aluminum solutions. Leveraging our integrated material expertise and precision manufacturing capabilities in Taiwan, our product demonstrated exceptional thermal performance, with testing confirming rapid and stable cooling within the first 5 minutes of operation and significantly enhanced corrosion resistance compared to standard solutions.
