Teamsworld to Showcase Precision UAV Components at Security Essen 2026
Teamsworld Innovation Inc. will participate in Security Essen 2026, taking place from September 22–25, 2026, at Messe Essen, Germany. At Hall 2, Booth 2A12, Teamsworld will showcase its precision manufacturing capabilities for UAV and drone components, covering propulsion systems, airframe structures, thermal management housings, and payload and sensor components.
Security Essen is one of Europe’s leading trade fairs for the security industry. The 2026 edition will bring together around 500 exhibitors and will feature dedicated sectors covering CCTV, AI, drones and robotics, reflecting the growing role of unmanned technologies in modern security applications. The event will also host the European Drone Conference on September 23–24.
From UAV Propulsion to Payload Systems
As UAVs are increasingly used for surveillance, inspection, emergency response, and security applications, the performance of individual mechanical components has become increasingly important. Lightweight structures, reliable propulsion components, efficient thermal management, and precise sensor mounting all contribute to the overall performance and reliability of an unmanned platform.
At Security Essen 2026, Teamsworld will present its UAV component manufacturing capabilities across four key application areas.
Propulsion Systems include engine cylinders, crankshafts and connecting rods, as well as motor mounts and housings. Depending on component requirements, Teamsworld supports manufacturing through gravity casting, die casting, and forging.
Airframe and Structural Components include structural frames, integrated fuselage components, and landing gear supports. These parts can be manufactured using injection molding, die casting, and CNC machining to meet different structural and production requirements.
Housings and Thermal Management Components include heatsink housings, battery enclosures, and controller enclosures. Teamsworld combines injection molding, die casting, and CNC machining to support lightweight designs, thermal management, and dimensional accuracy.
Payload and Sensor Components include camera and sensor housings, gimbal structural parts, and LiDAR or sensor mounts. These components require a balance of weight, rigidity, dimensional precision, and production consistency.
